How do I know you will pay me?
Our goal is build long term relationship with you. We would never cheat our clients out of a few bucks.. and also risk ruining our reputation. We have over 1k happy clients, so we must be doing something right!
When will I receive my money?
We receive hundreds of boxes a day that need to be inspected, but always try our best to process payment within the next 1 to 2 business days once received Mon-Fri. You will be notified by email once your items have been inspected.
What condition do my products need to be in?
Diabetics Trust generally will not accept products for the following reasons...
- Boxes with any type of stain or marks.
- Opened/unsealed boxes.
- Smashed/crushed/ripped boxes.
- Damage to the seal of the box.
- Boxes that the expiration date is expired or set to expire within 3 months unless stated.
- Any brand that isn’t on our price list.
- We will accept certain items up to a 50% discount depending on severity. Rips/non-blood stains with a total area smaller than a dime, slightly dented, creased or with an expiration dates of 3-5 months.
- We always want to pay our clients as much as possible. However, safety is our main concern and even the slightest defect makes it hard for us to redistribute.

Can I sell opened or expired items?
No we do not accept opened or expired products. We have very strict safety guidelines that we follow.
What if I send products that you don't accept or reject?
Please don't! We pay a lot to have them shipped to us for your convenience. Please inspect your products before sending. They need to be in near mint condition. We may choose to return items that don't qualify for our program, however a minimum $5 return shipping fee will apply to help cover the cost. Please review our Terms and Conditions to avoid any issues.
Can you show me what would be considered as damaged/rejected?
